It's winter here in the valley. There is frost covering the fallen leaves and the still-green lawns. I really like this time of year. It's cold enough to wear my cute sweaters and lighter coats but not so cold I need to find my missing mitten. It's perfect. I like that yard care (watering, mowing, weeding) slows down this time of year and gives way to raking leaves into piles of fun. Autumn rocks.
Today on my way to work I saw a business watering their lawn. Is it not October on that block?
