Wendy's Weigh In #2

I was really nervous to post today! I ate mostly rubbish this weekend and didn't exercise at all; I was sure I'd have to post a higher number than on Friday. So I stepped on the scale this morning and saw:

179.0

Wait, what?!? I lost 3 pounds? How did that even happen? I'm sure I don't know...

This week I'm working on 1) eating 5 fruits/veg per day and 2) starting a new strength training/cardio routine. We'll see how it's going on Friday!
