Candice got her hair cut while I was there. Wendy and I went with. I don't know why she takes us anywhere. She cut off enough hair to donate to Locks of Love. Isn't Candice amazing? Here is Wendy as a partial red head.

Here we are, being adorable. Well, I'm trying. Wendy pulls it off effortlessly.

Jessie is also very funny. This is why we're friends. And why we share a blog. Funny people should stick together.

This morning we were having a chat about wedding photographers (since this topic - weddings, not photographers in general - is on my mind of late).

This is a re-creation of how it went down:

Jessie: My photographer was about half my budget.
It was tiny. About [enter dollar amount].
Wendy: That was your budget? Or photographer?
Jessie: The budget was tiny. The photographer was full-size.

Why I adore Wendy

Sometimes Wendy and I chat via google. Today I was telling her about a story on CNN.com. It's about Michael Jackson's fans at his ranch, holding vigil. Blah, blah, blah.

The last two paragraphs read:

In the day's final development, a London woman filed a 93-page handwritten document in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming she was Jackson's secret wife and the mother of all three of his children.

In asking for all of Jackson's assets, the woman also added: "I have up to 30 children. My Father (Satan the Devil) Khalid Lucifer as he is known, gave them to us."

Wendy's response:
Something tells me her name is Billy Jean.

She's brilliant!
